Please note that you must be a government-sanctioned non-profit organization to apply for this type of license. Individuals and non-registered groups do not qualify. In the United States you must be able to prove section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.

Mocht je besluiten het met Windows te doen, neem dan op zijn minst Windows 2000 Server.
Apache is een must, en voor de rest is het gewoon aan wensen aanpassen
