Toelichting

Wie de template engine van Smarty vaak gebruikt zal weten dat er een debug optie in zit. Deze debug-informatie zal zichtbaar zijn op de pagina of in een popup openen, en laten we dat laatste nou net niet zo graag hebben. Daarom heb ik deze alternatieve template bedacht die moet samenwerken met Firebug of de console van WebKit browsers.

Hoe werkt het?
Vervang debug.tpl uit de Smarty map door deze versie.
Zet het debuggen van Smarty aan.
In de console van Firebug of WebKit typ je: Smarty_debug();

Deze laatste stap kan je ook automatish laten doen door Smarty_debug(); tussen lijn 173 en 174 te plaatsen, maar deze is af te raden op WebKit browsers.
