Als ik in het Engels wil zeggen "geconfigureerde paden" is het dan "configured paths" of "configurated paths?" Als vertaling van configureren lijken zowel configure als configurate te bestaan, maar wat is juist? Weet iemand dat?

En als ik dan een class heb die iets configureert? Ik dacht dus dat dat een Configurator zou moeten zijn, maar dat lijkt me te zijn afgeleid van configurate en niet van configure... Maar een Configurer klinkt niet echt toch?
Configure is het werkwoord, configuration een zelfsstandig naamwoord en de computer nerds hebben dat weer om gebouwd naar configurator. Dit is dus niet af geleid van configurate, maar van configuration
