Ik werk lokaal aan een website, met het framework Laravel.
Nu heb ik al enkele keren gemerkt dat de tijd niet klopt.
Het is momenteel 09:55, en het zou 10:55 moeten zijn.
In mijn config file van Laravel heb ik het volgende staan:
