Footer past zich niet aan.

Dag beste, ik heb een probleem met de footer op mijn pagina. Deze wilt zich niet centreren en ik weet niet hoe ik dit op orde krijg. (Al veel geprobeerd en vele forums afgegaan)

Hopelijk is er iemand hier die het de uitdaging waard vindt en weet wat er gaande is! :)

En je verwacht dat we de opmaak van classes en id's kunnen behandelen zonder een css sheet?

Wellicht je code even reduceren naar alleen de 'relevante' code waarom het gaat, en dan voornamelijk ook je CSS sheet.

Wat me al wel opvalt is dat je ongelofelijk veel div's hebt, bijvoorbeeld waarom een <div id="Footerimg"> </div> terwijl je footer in een andere div en hoger staat?

En waarom een div alleen voor je logo? Geef je logo of je link <a></a> gewoon een class of een id mee en pas die aan.

Mijn advies is zoiezo om stukken minder div's te gebruiken, als ik je code zo snel overkijk kan dat namelijk makkelijk. Het wordt op deze manier al gauw onoverzichtelijk en lastiger met stylen.

Goedemiddag,

Inderdaad waren er Div's niet afgesloten/te veel. Het probleem was voor mij om deze te vinden aangezien er 3x doorverwezen werd en er in een bestand afsluiting stond zonder een opening. Uiteindelijk na wat puzzelen gelukt, maar had effect op andere pagina's waar alles goed ging. Dus vervolgens eenzelfde kopie voor de homepage gemaakt en deze vervolgens anders benoemd en linkjes op homepage aangepast.

Nu zit ik met het volgende probleem: de footer zelf waar de tekst instaat moet in de websitekader komen en dit gebeurt niet. Op de andere pagina's wel, zie hier code van de pagina die ik heb aangepast:

Waarom 4 div's voor 1 footer? Leg me de logica nu eens uit. Want hoe je de HTML van je pagina opmaakt is volstrekt onoverzichtelijk en overbodig.

En waarom "lege" div's gebruiken over je pagina?

Dag Chris,

Helaas is dit website die niet door mij gebouwd is, is van het bedrijf. Per pagina zijn er veel verwijzingen naar andere php documenten. Uiteindelijk heb ik het probleem van hierboven opgelost door enkele wijzigingen ook in content te maken.

Nu rest mij nog een laatste probleem. De footering onderaan de pagina past zijn kleur niet aan de achtergrond buiten de website aan. Dit doet die wel als ik doorklik naar de andere pagina's. Weet u wat dit kan zijn?
