foutmelding nadat ik heb disable widget function code toegevoegd in function.php bestand!

ik krijg de volgende foutmelding van function.php :

ik heb geprobeerd in notepad++ om de probleem oplossen maar het is niet gelukt.
mij eerste vraag is:
1-nadat ik heb de widget function code verwijderd in function.php bestand,is het nog noodzakelijk om (disable widget function) code toe toevoegen in function.php?
2- wat is het probleem on line 89 of in het function.php bestand?
